Teaching Resources |
Our games and teaching resources are for printing on A4 paper or card. They need to be cut and can be laminated if you choose. Our teaching resources are intended for teachers and parents to prepare and use with their students. They are not suitable for children to print or make themselves.
There are two options for buying our games and teachers resources. You can purchase the resources by pdf file or have a prepared copy sent to you in the post (the post option is currently only available in our eBay store).
By selecting the email option here on our website, a copy of the game will be sent in an email to you (as an attachment). You will then be able to save this file to your computer and print it out on your own printer. You will then need to assemble the game or teaching resource yourself. It is a good idea to laminate your games so that they will last you a long time.
You will need to have adobe acrobat software on your computer to read the pdf files. This software can be downloaded for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader/
Unless otherwise stated, our games and teaching resources are colourful, so are best printed on a colour printer on paper or cardboard.
To play most of our games, you will need to use standard classroom equipment such as dice and counters. If you do not have counters available you could use other available resources in your classroom such as buttons, shells or cubes.
Our literacy resources and numeracy resources are perfect for small group rotations and guided reading groups.
Our numeracy resources are perfect for small group mathematics rotations and programs like Count Me In Too.
Instructions for all our game are consistent in format, so they are perfect for giving to adult and parent helpers in your classroom. They will become familiar with the easy-to-read format and will be more ready to assist your students.
