We have developed this handy file after the great success of our Text Type Worksheet files. This file contains worksheets for you to print and photocopy for your students. These worksheets provide a variety of basic structures for the RECOUNT text type. They are basic, clear and uncluttered so that early learners can have a go at writing. Before asking the students to use these worksheets, we suggest that you enlarge the page on A3 paper or open the file on the Interactive White Board, to collaboratively complete as a class activity - and model how to write the recount. There are twelve recounts to choose from which include simple cut-and-paste pages, holiday recounts, weekend recounts and special activity recounts. These recounts would be suitable for students in their first year and a half of school. |
